Jocelyn Ucedo. With roots in New York City, I launched my career in sales, licensing, and franchising, representing top fashion labels in the competitive world of NYC’s garment center. In 2001, I transitioned my expertise to real estate, embarking on an exciting journey that has taken me to some of the most stunning resort and second-home markets in Spain, the Dominican Republic, and, since 2018, the vibrant island of Puerto Rico.
